Set default node version with nvm

NVM is a great tool to quickly switch between node versions. If you're keeping up with the LTS (long-term support) version of node, it's easy to tell NVM to use a specific version as the default. To set a default node version on your machine, run the following commands:

nvm install <node version>
nvm use <node version>
nvm alias default <node version>

In addition to this you can use the following script (add it to your .zshrc file) to automatically use / load a project's node version automatically!
